Safety improvements Mt Crosby Road

Residents will be aware of my concerns to make local roads safer.  I am please that the State Government is to do a safety upgrade of areas of Mt Crosby Road. 

These works include:

 ·     Installing new guardrails along Mt Crosby Road

·     Relocating power poles and removing hazards along Mt Crosby Road

·     Improving drainage and installing sloping headwalls to culverts

·     Widening the Wirrabara Road intersection and Chalcot Road intersection

·     Providing a new right turn lane at the Wirrabara Road intersection 

The proposal is out for community consultation and your comments or suggestions are invited.  The consultation perios is up until Monday 19th April 2010.
