Pullenvale Rd / Moggill Road intersection

Residents continue to raise serious safety concerns about Moggill Road outbound from Pullenvale Road.  As readers would be aware this was the site of a recent fatal road accident. 

Whilst clearly the section of Moggill Road west of Pullenvale Road including the intersection with Grandview Road need some major upgrades in order to be safe.  Funding for this work still eludes us under the present government.

 However one small win on behalf of a local resident is that some minor works will be conducted during September on the section on Moggill Road just out from Pullenvale Road including the installation of a guard rail, some improved signage for the Pullenvale Road intersection. 

So expect some roadworks in this area and whilst the scope of this project is fairly minor and much more needs to be done any improvement is a positive as far as I am concerned.
